Hoofbeats

The “Kevin & Kell” collection “Hoofbeats” is now available here. It contains the complete year of strips from 2014, plus Lindesfarne’s commentary, so make a dash from the starting gate right now.

Virtu/Noir

Just as a reminder, “Dethany in Virtu/Noir,” is an interactive novella featuring Dethany of “On the Fastrack” as she adopts a 1940s private eye persona to solve a crime in cyberspace. She finds herself in the middle of a gang war between two groups; one promoting online transparency and the other heightened data security. A crisis erupts when people begin to have their identities drained (literally).

Along with John Lotshaw and my wife Teri Holbrook, we’ve created a unique blend of words and images, available for the iPad. Readers will be able to make choices determining the direction of the plot, and we estimate that it offers roughly two hours of crime-solving fun. It’s yours for $2.99. Learn more about it by visiting its website here.

Vintage Kevin & Kell

Classic “Kevin & Kell” strips are now featured on King Features’s Comic Kingdom site. Go here, and pick up the action from today’s date back in 2009.

  1. Sorry to bother you about this but both the Fast Track and Safe Havens site are not displaying their respective comics.

By the way, you’ve got the best fans ever. I commented that the meat eaters in Kevin and Kell are a parable for Muslims. Some belong to N.O.P.E. but most just want to live and let live.

I did not receive one single racist or even rude response.

    • Thanks! The problem seems to be affecting all the King Features strips. Sorry about this, and I hope they’ll fix it soon.

I do have wonderful fans. Just as an FYI, “Kevin & Kell” is a fable, not an allegory, and therefore no species is meant to be a direct stand-in for any human group. 🙂

      Thanks for reading !
